Wuhidet is a school located in the Oromo area of Ethiopia, a few miles outside of the country's capital, Addis Ababa. This kindergarten and primary school has kids living with a physical disabilities. The school is only able to provide students with one slice of bread per day. As you can imagine, this is nowhere near what is needed to help in the development of these young minds. There are nearly 500 students that attend, ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade. Many of the students are struggling with leprosy, HIV, and autism. They leave school to go to a dust dumping area for lunch before returning to finish their classes. The lack of a proper meal was affecting both the students' health and their education.
